Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final and no cash refunds will be provided. However, in the event of damaged, wrong, or missing items, please contact us immediately by e-mail: houseofshadowsinvestments@gmail.com. We value our customers, so if your item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, you will be given your choice of store credit or an exchange/replacement item of equal or lessor value. See further instructions below.

In the event of damaged or wrong items:

• You will have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact us and return the item
• Wrong items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging
• Contact us immediately at houseofshadowsinvestments@gmail.com
• We will instruct you on how to proceed with returning your damaged or wrong item
• You will be given your choice of store credit or an exchange/replacement item of equal or lessor value

There are a few items that cannot be returned:

• Cosmetic or beauty items
• Personalized items
• Bath products
• Health-related products
• Personal items
